A Salem man has been arrested and charged with sexually abusing a minor.
Randall Stewart, of Salem, was charged with sex abuse in the second degree, a Class B felony, after the Henry County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of alleged sexual abuse to a minor. Following an investigation, it was concluded that Stewart had sexually abused a juvenile female. He was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 25.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
