Living Windows celebration alive 20 years

BURLINGTON — Dozens of storefronts in downtown Burlington will come to life on Thursday, Dec. 13, for the 20th annual Living Windows celebration. The event takes place along Jefferson St. from 6 to 8 p.m. and includes carolers, crafts, puppet shows, marshmallow roasting, ice sculpting, a festival of trees, free horse-drawn trolley rides, and more.
