Conservation Department to hold outdoor cooking program

Outdoor Cooking with the Henry County Conservation Department will be held May 16, at 6 p.m., at the Oakland Mills Nature Center.

Participants will try their hand at Dutch oven cooking recipes. The cost is $12 per person and includes sampling of all dishes prepared- including a fish fry. Fees and preregistration are required via mycountyparks on or before May 10 to allow shopping time for recipe items. Please note that most of the Dutch oven programs require a two hour commitment, but time will vary depending upon the menu.
