Are you originally from Mt. Pleasant/Henry County? If not, what brought you here? I?m originally from America Samoa (A U.S. territory that covers seven South Pacific islands). Iowa Wesleyan brought me here.
What is your favorite part of living here? The people. I?m surrounded by lots of good people. It?s very relaxed here. It reminds me of home.
What is your favorite local hangout? The REC Center.
What do you like to do in your free time? I like to practice piano and the organ. I also love hanging out with my daughter.
Is there an annual event in Mt. Pleasant/Henry County that you enjoy? Old Threshers.
Is there something Mt. Pleasant doesn?t have that you?d like to see? A music store.
What do you think is Mt. Pleasant/Henry County?s trademark? Iowa Wesleyan University.
What?s one dish or drink that reminds you of Mt. Pleasant? The Methodist Church?s meatloaf and the tenderloins from Butch?s River Rock Cafe.
