Sunrise Terrace ushering in the holidays with style, visitors welcome

Sunrise Terrace is ushering in Christmas with Bill Luckenbill at the keyboard to tickle the ivories on Thursday, Dec. 21, at 2:30 p.m. Joining in with singing is encouraged.

Following Luckenbill?s performance, visitors are invited for community visiting on Friday, Dec. 22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Neighbors are invited to stop by to enjoy refreshments and say hello to people who were teachers and farmers and close friends in another day. We will have goodies and drinks in the activity room, and visitors are encouraged to stroll through the halls and look at the decorations, including the seven decorated Christmas trees. At 2:30 p.m. that day, Mike McElroy will be at Sunrise Terrace to make some holiday sounds. Finally, on Christmas Day, at 3 p.m., Harry Ebberson will share his musical talent.

If your club, class, Sunday school or family would like to bring the gift of music or the gift of your presence this holiday season, Sunrise Terrace would be glad to have you share with the residents as they make their halls and walls echo with the joy of the season. If you or your family would like to purchase a small gift for a person who might be overlooked on Christmas Day, you can come pick a name from their Christmas Wish Tree.

Friends and neighbors are always welcome to visit at Sunrise Terrace throughout the year.
