SE Iowa Early Childhood Summit now accepting nominations for outstanding childhood advocates

The Southeast Iowa Early Childhood Summit committee members are now accepting nominations for outstanding early childhood advocates.


Anyone 18-years-old or older who resides in southeast Iowa and is believed to be an advocate for young children and families can be nominated. Nominations will be reviewed by the SE Iowa Early Childhood Summit committee members. The advocate chosen will be announced at the Southeast Iowa Early Childhood Summit on April 20, at Iowa Wesleyan University.


Nomination forms are due March 19, and must include the name of the nominee, the name of the person submitting the nomination, contact information, and a brief narrative (no more than two pages) about why that nominee should be SE Iowa?s 2018 Outstanding Early Childhood Advocate.


Nomination forms can be emailed to tbeghtol@dhlw.org or mailed to DHLW Early Childhood Area at c/o SE Iowa EC Summit, PO Box 882 in Washington 52353.
