Bocker met with The News on Wednesday before practice. The questions are in bold with his answers following.

Did you grow up in Mt. Pleasant? Yes.

How long have you been wrestling? It?s kind of an interesting answer. I wrestled when I was eight or nine, somewhere around there. Then I quit and started again in eighth-grade.

What brought you back? I just figured I would try it again and see if I liked it, and I did so I kept going.

What are your plans for after high school? I know I want to go to college, I just don?t know what for.

What do you like better, home meets or away meets? Home.

What is the word or phrase Coach Blint says to you most in practice? ?Push the Pace,? like in a match.

Have you ever thrown anyone into someone in the crowd or been thrown into the crowd? I don?t think so, but I?ve come pretty close to it.

If you could wrestle anyone in the world, regardless of weight, who would you take on? Jordan Burroughs.

How long would you last against him? Like 15 seconds at the most.

You can hang out with one celebrity for a whole day, who do you choose? Arnold Schwarzenegger.

What would you guys do? I don?t know, I?d probably have a lot of questions. I respect what he?s done.

Movie wise or Governor wise? Just everything. He?s a professional body builder, a governor, an actor. That?s a lot of hard stuff to get in to and he did them all.

What if you could have one super power? Super strength.

Which of your teammates is most competitive? I?m not really sure. We?re all about the same, I guess.

Who?s the quiet one? Probably me.

Do you like anyone to talk to you before matches or are you one of those guys that has to sit there and think to yourself? They can maybe talk to me a little bit, but not a whole lot.

If Coach Blint had a mute button and he could quiet one of you down whenever he wanted, who would he use it on? Abe (Wilson).

What is the best place to eat in Mt. Pleasant? I guess the Press Box.

iPhone or Android? Android.

Favorite phone app? Youtube.

Who is your favorite teacher? Mr. Broeker.

Why?s that? He?s just not really strict or anything. He?s kind of easy going.
