Kimberley Kay Morris, 43, of Middletown, died at 11:57 a.m. Friday, June 8, 2018 at the Great River Hospice House in West Burlington.
Born November 12, 1974 in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa she was the daughter of Richard and Donna (Bowman) Vaughn. She married Daren Morris on June 14, 2014 in Danville, Iowa.
Kimberley worked for Iris Cleaners in Mt. Pleasant for 17 years. She previously worked for Wal-Mart, Blue Bird and Nipro.
Her hobby was RC car racing and she received many trophies in the sport. She loved playing cards on Saturday nights with her in-laws, Dana and Paul Morris. She enjoyed shopping, bowling and family get-togethers.
Survivors include her husband, Daren Morris of Middletown; son, Timothy James Keck of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; daughter, Shawna Elisabeth Keck of Salem, Iowa; mother, Donna Vaughn of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, step-sisters and half-sisters.
She was preceded in death by her father, paternal and maternal grandparents, numerous aunts and uncles, her step-mother and step-brother.
The memorial funeral service for Kimberley will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Danville First Baptist Church, 302 Main St., Danville, IA 52623. The Rev. Jack Edmisson will officiate. A memorial has been established. According to her wishes, cremation has been entrusted to Lunning Chapel.
