FT. MADISON ? The New London girls? golf team simply dominated the SEISC tournament on Monday, April 30 ,in Ft. Madison. The Tigers scored a 360, winning the meet by 51 strokes. Winfield-Mt. Union tied for second with Columbus Community with a score of 411.
The Tigers were led by Casey Noble, who flew to a conference championship with a score of 80, winning the meet by eight strokes. Summer Mallot picked up second-place medalist honors, scoring an 88.
Addie Pry tied for sixth place with a 94, which gave the Tigers three New London golfers on the first team All-Conference list. Jaden Streeter and Carlie Loyd tied for 11th with a 98 to make second-team All-Conference. Hannah Ortberg tied for 54th place, shooting a 137.
Lexee Hartsock tied for fourth-place with a 93 to lead W-MU. She was the only Wolves golfer to place in the top-six and earn a first-team All-Conference honor.
Sabrina Moody made it two Wolves under 100 with a 14th-place 99. Lauren Jamison was 18th with a 104, giving them both a spot on the All-SEISC third team.
Lauren Hagge scored a 115 to finish 35th overall. Abbie Cooley tied for 49th with a 126, and Makenna Mullin tied for 52nd with a score of 136.
